The Art of Kayaking ... made simple is a new instructional video resource being developed in New Zealand. The aim of the project is to introduce kayaking to beginners through a few very simple techniques and concepts. High production values will ensure visual accuracy and a captivating watch. |

So who needs to see 'The Art of Kayaking... made simple'? First and foremost: anyone who wants to learn to kayak, or improve their kayaking technique. These viewers will get to see accurate and well explained demonstrations of the concepts and techniques. They be able to 'join in' with an introductory kayaking course through the live documentary. Further questions will be answered in the extras through troubleshooting tutorials and helpful tips. School teachers will find this resource invaluable as a teaching aid and resource. They will learn how to teach kayaking to their school classes in a fun and accessible way. They will be able to show students the drills provided in the demonstration section and then get tips on how to deal with common problems in the extras. Kayak Instructors will learn new techniques for teaching kayaking. This complete package offers instructors a resource for demonstrations, lesson plans, a chance to 'sit in'on a real life kayaking course and also lots of background information and troubleshooting tips in the extras. |
